12 years ago Hubert moved from Prague to the San Francisco Bay Area to see how "the best of the best products are created." As a product manager himself, he expected to learn clear and consistent Silicon Valley best practices. He quickly realized that those did not exist, and the decision-making reality for product managers was much more chaotic. Inspired, he set out to create a centralized platform that would help all PMs make better decisions, faster. During the interview, Hubert and Nina dive deeper into his journey to date, vision for Productboard, and advice for fellow entrepreneurs.
